THERE MAY BE OTHER RENTERS AFTER YOU. The individual(s) who arrive for the orientation are the ones responsible for its care and safe return. It is recommended that two people attend the orientation - two sets of ears/eyes are better than one. A $ 50.00 non-refundable deposit is required when you reserve your camper. We may also require a $ 250 security deposit, which will be fully refunded, as long as the camper comes back in the same condition as it was taken. Your security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your return. The rental fee balance is due when you come for your orientation/pick up. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ELECTRICAL HOOK-UP ON YOUR VEHICLE IS WORKING PROPERLY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. CANCELLATION POLICY: Your $50.00 reservation deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your pick up date during the months of April thru September, you will be charged 50% of the outstanding rental balance. If you cancel the day of your rental pick up, you will be charged the full outstanding balance. NO MICROWAVES TO BE USED INSIDE THE CAMPER. We have had a problem with blown fuses and circuit breakers due to their use. Also, no pets are allowed inside the units...subsequent renters may be allergic to animals. Thank you! Our store has all the extras you may need for your Outdoor Escape including, porta potties, propane, games, and generators. Parts and supplies for your own trailer are available as well. Our rental units are new model Viking pop-ups equipped with A/C, furnace, awning, dinette, sink, refrigerator, queen bed, full bed, lounge for sitting, crank down stabilizer jacks, and spare tire. You must supply a 2" ball and have either a 4-flat or 7-round working electrical connection in order for the trailer lights/signals to work while towing. Please make sure this connection is working before you leave home - we are not always able to fix your connection and you will NOT be able to tow the trailer without proper lighting. Thank you for understanding. You must also supply your own cookstove -- no cooking is allowed inside the trailers. We supply a propane-filled tank, deep-cell battery, chocks, water hose & drain hose and an electrical adapter. You just need to bring your own cook stove, sleeping bag or sheets, and personal items and you're ready for FUN!! |
